Une petite promenade à Ile de Ré
A nice little stroll with my cousins Julie, Melanie and Maxime. We met up with the rest of the gang and had delicious pizza and ice cream.
We laid out our mats from our beds on our little patio outside and napped.. well, I napped for awhile. They went swimming and played on the beach. They said they tried to wake me three times... Naps outside are one of my favorite things in the world.
Here's to waking up outside under a clear blue sky,
Camille

All by myself
I took the bus into Aix
Went shopping
Ate lunch
Got a French cell phone
People watched at a café
Continued to shop
Went to the tourism office
Bought stamps at the Post Office
Grabbed the bus back home
What an accomplishing day. I felt like une vraiment Française. For one of the first times, I wasn't treated like a.. je ne sais quoi.. stupid American.
Victory upon victory!
Ciao,
Camille
Happy birthday Amy!
We celebrated Amy's birthday by having a lovely dinner in Aix-en-Provence
I ordered my first steak tartare. It was delicious.
I like Amy's birthday because it's the same as my Grandma Betty.
Good people are born on June 7 in my book.
Chocolate cake and champagne does a girl good!
Kisses and birthday wishes,
Camille
Today's menu: Peanut butter cookies!
He might be a baker when he grows up
He held the whisk like a professional
So cute!
Here's to licking the spoon,
Camille
We went on a walk that led to a farm!
I love the wildflowers here... I picked a bunch and made 3 mini bouquets!!
Bisous and blue skies,
Camille ✿
